We supply and provide maintenance and service for copiers, printers, scanners, faxes and multifunctional from the family of CANON and HP products, both for small and large enterprises

For debugging programs we have modern test equipment, documentation, inventory reserve dimensioned according to the type of equipment contained tn maintenance contracts.
2. Telecommunications, networks and equipment
- Structured cabling systems
We can say that the company 3i Automation and Telecommunications is among the pioneers of this kind of works in Craiova, the first installation of this type was made in 1995 with supplies, cables and connectors 3M Telecommunications Pouyet France (www.3mtelecommunications.com/). One of the major clients of the company is ROMTELECOM - County Telecommunications Division for which we have designed and executed voice / data networks from administrative offices in Craiova and data transmission systems with all commercial offices in Dolj County.
We use connector insertion systems (terminal blocks, patch panels, outlets) 3M POUYET type (SCQ system, One-Click, Volition), 3M or ACOME cables Category 5E and 6, or similar systems AMP - Netconnect manufactured by Tyco Electronics -USA. Warranty for the cabling systems can be extended to 20 years for all passive components, with the passing certification tests. We pay particular attention to the cable assembly systems using only quality components (eg. OBO Bettermann, CABLOFIL, etc). Some of the major beneficiaries of these network systems and equipment are CEZ Romania SA and CEZ Distribution SA, for whom we have built more structured cabling systems in various locations of the company (in Dolj, Arges, Olt, Valcea, Gorj, Teleorman or Mehedinti counties).
- Private PBX telephone systems, equipment installation and maintenance
Since its establishment in 1993, our company was authorized to install and maintain telephone exchanges from DIGITAL KEYBX family produced produced under Northern license (Nortel Networks, Canada) by Telrad Ltd. (Israel). Year 2000 saw the start of promoting on SME market of digital exchanges families Nortel MERIDIAN 1 Telecom / AVAYA, characterized by a wide range of configurations, from 16 to 10,000 extensions and a variety of optional software applications, adding value to standard systems standard. Currently Meridian family is enriched with new VoIP-enabled models: BCM, for up to 160 extensions and CS1000, a dedicated choice for medium and large businesses.
We have recently added to our equipment offer the family of advanced telecommunications systems with hybrid architecture (ISDN, DECT & VoIP-enabled) type SOPHO IS3000, IPC100/500 de la NEC PHILIPS, ideal for hotel applications, distribution and retail chains, financial and banking units, administration, etc., with scattered locations in the territory and networks of all sizes.
We provide warranty and post-warranty service for the equipment supplied , installed networks and numerous other telecommunication equipment: SIEMENS, Panasonic PBX and various telephone terminals, faxes, etc
- Cable TV systems
"3I Automation and Telecommunications srl" , in partnership with cable TV company SELTRON Cluj Napoca, built cable networks totaling over 40,000 subscribers in the municipalities of Craiova and Caracal and cities Bals, Calafat, Rovinari.
3. Security systems and automation

The company has specialized personnel and has operating license issued by the General Inspectorate of Police as required by law. We manufacture a full range of engineering design, installation and maintenance of technical equipment with approved standards, selected from the offers of manufacturers situated in the first echelon.

With over 15 years of activity in this area, we managed to consolidate our position in the market through far-reaching contracts with Regional Directorate of Post Craiova (modernization of burglar alarm systems / fire detection for post offices in all 5 counties of Region), working to achieve fire detection and extinguishing systems in thee Technical Center - Engines of Daewoo Automobile Romania, or installation of security systems in most county agencies subordinated CEC Branch Craiova.

Experience in commissioning, upgrades and maintenance of CNC acquired before 1990 allowed us to continue this work on a new level with the opening of the market and free access to the offers of leading suppliers of solutions and equipment. We believe that the long-awaited revival of local industry and increased interest from Romanian companies of all sizes to rationalize energy consumption creates opportunities that our specialists are ready to respond with optimal solutions for price / productivity ratio.
The expertise of our suppliers and the positioning of the company as a systems integrator allowed the promotion in projects of the latest technologies, eg control system KNX / EIB for "smart" electrical and heating / air-conditioning equipment in residential buildings and shopping centers. The largest project of this kind has been designed for Polyvalent Hall of Craiova, a complex with 4,000 seats, installed electric power of almost 1500KVA, cca.150 stakeholders (actors) and over 150 sensors and controls.
